The 2023 Santa Claus Parade is taking place on Saturday, December 2. Join in the fun, and help kick off the holiday season by volunteering with the Santa Claus Parade.
Position: Float Walker (Eight Opportunities Available)
Responsibilities:
- Check-in at Volunteer Centre
- Follow all parade safety protocols
- Dress up in provided elf costumes and walk alongside Santa’s Float
- Maintain a walking pace with Santa’s Float, while ensuring a safe distance between floats and spectators
- Ensure the safety of spectators along the parade route, and remind attendees to stay on the sidewalk
- Sign-out at Volunteer Centre
