The 2023 Santa Claus Parade is taking place on Saturday, December 2. Join in the fun, and help kick off the holiday season by volunteering with the Santa Claus Parade.
Position: Parking Lot Attendant and Bus Host (Two Opportunities Available)
Responsibilities:
- Check-in at Volunteer Centre
- Follow all parade safety protocols
- Direct vehicles in parking lot
- Direct volunteers to appropriate shuttle busses
- Ride along with busses, and assist with drop off and pickup of volunteers to specified locations
- Ensure timing of volunteer schedule is followed
- Collect safety vests and radios following the parade
- Sign out volunteers and fundraising groups
- Assist with cleanup and takedown
- Sign-out at Volunteer Centre
