Family Safety Day is a large family event showcasing safety and focusing on injury prevention. The event is free for families to attend and includes; Fire fighters, EMS, RCMP, Bylaw, other local organizations with safety displays and activities, bouncy castles, bike rodeo, etc.
10:30am-3:00pm There will be two main tables handing out the event passports and counting entry.
11:00pm-3:00pm There will be a helmet exchange table where parents and children can exchange their damaged or expired helmet for a new one or purchase a new one with no exchange. There will also be a bike/scooter parking area that acts like a coat check for kids that are doing the bike rodeo but then come inside for activities as well.
9:30am-2:30am Volunteer sign in and t-shirt hand outs.
