Responsibilities: Santa needs your help to ensure all the volunteers get on and off the bus! Bus Hosts work with Parade Coordinators to manage groups of volunteers to safely get on the bus, ensure they are at the proper volunteer location, and then pick them back up when the shift is complete. The Bus Host will ride the transit bus with the driver to facilitate volunteer drop offs and pick ups.
Volunteer Orientation Session will occur on November 30, 2022. Meeting request will be sent upon registration.
About the Santa Claus Parade:
The Santa Claus Parade returns to Franklin Ave. on Saturday, Dec. 3 2022 at 6 p.m.
The Santa Claus Parade is an annual event coordinated by the Regional Municipality of Wood Buffalo. The parade will start on Riedel Street, travel north on Franklin Avenue and end on Main Street. Registered floats will marshal along Clearwater Drive.
As a Volunteer, you'll be in the parade!
