Local HERO Foundation's 5th Annual Charity Car Show - Wheels and Wings presented by NAPA Auto Parts Fort McMurray, takes place July 18th at the Airport's North Terminal. The event will run from 10am - 3pm with an array of volunteer opportunities. If you are flexible, we are happy to move you around so you can try multiple positions. If you are particular about a position, please identify. The shift positions are as follows:
8am - Setup Crew
9:30am - Event Crew: Volunteer Registration Table; Vehicle Registration Table; Runway Fencing Security; Parking Assistance; Raffle Ticket Sellers; Photographer; Kid Zone
12pm - Event Crew: Volunteer Registration Table; Vehicle Registration Table; Runway Fencing Security; Parking Assistance; Raffle Ticket Sellers; Photographer; Kid Zone
3pm - Tear Down Crew
