About the Role
The Count Room Supervisor oversees the activity inside the count room, ensuring all money and chips are counted accurately and recorded according to AGLC procedures. This role supports the Count Room team, maintains organization, and ensures the process runs smoothly from start to finish. No previous casino experience is required — full guidance is provided by licensed casino staff.
Key Responsibilities
Supervise the Count Room team during the counting process
Ensure accuracy and compliance with AGLC guidelines
Maintain organized workflow and proper documentation
Support volunteers with questions or task clarification
Communicate with the General Manager and Casino Advisor as needed
Ensure all materials are secured and handled properly
