About the Role
The General Manager is the lead volunteer for the casino event. This role oversees the volunteer team, supports licensed casino staff, and ensures all volunteer positions are filled and running smoothly. You’ll be the point of contact for any questions, issues, or shift transitions throughout your scheduled time.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee all volunteer roles during your shift
Support casino advisors and ensure compliance with AGLC guidelines
Help with shift transitions and ensure volunteers are in the right positions
Communicate with staff if any issues arise
