The 2025 Santa Claus Parade will be held on Saturday, December 6. Be a part of the holiday magic by volunteering with the parade!
Position: Float Walker (8 Opportunities Available)
Responsibilities:
- Check in at the Volunteer Centre
- Follow all safety protocols for the parade
- Dress in provided elf costumes provided and walk alongside Santa's float
- Maintain a steady pace with Santa’s float and keeping a safe distance from spectators and other floats
- Ensure the safety of attendees along the route by reminding them to stay on the sidewalk
- Sign out at the Volunteer Centre when finished
