Involves lifting!  Once the event is over, volunteers will assist staff with cleaning and organizing the location.

Are you flexible and willing to help?  Volunteers scheduled as runners will assist the MCA staff where needed, and must be very flexible and ready to do anything! Be prepared to run errands or fill in wherever we need volunteers at the time.

The Front Stage Manager will make sure that the stage is always ready for the performance and communicate with the back stage manager in order to keep everything on schedule.

The backstage manager will direct the physical stage area, dressing rooms and backstage rooms. All the performance volunteers will report to the stage manager. 

Involves smiling! This role involves directing the crowd. Also, checking that attendees are wearing a wristband (Gold in colour - you will see a sample of it before your shift)
