These volunteers will welcome attendees to the Festival and provide directions to activities, workshops, and cultural events.
Volunteers may also be roaming ambassadors who will be identified by vests who can provide help and support for wayfinding on the festival site. These ambassadors will be able to contact the on-site transportation group (golf carts), and contact other guest service supports such as first aid or security. Volunteers may also be asked to assist with identifying and solving issues such as water stations needing a refilling or garbage needing to be emptied. The guest services agent will also guide festival attendees to the proper parking spaces and validate parking passes for festival guests (VIP Parking).
Volunteers should wear comfortable shoes, and bring clothing for all weather conditions.
