We will be BBQing till our kitchen is open at the church. This involves preparing food in the house next door, as well as preparing serving containers, wrapping cutlery and preparing raw food items such as making burgers and cutting vegetables. It also involves bringing items to the serving area, preparing the serving area and serving the food. afterwards there is clean up, which involves bringing everything back to the house as well as cleaning and sanitizing equipment.
