Arts Council Wood Buffalo is hosting its Annual General Meeting (AGM) followed by our Arts Match event on Thursday, June 16, 2022 from 5:30PM – 9:00PM.
Volunteers needed for Art Council Wood Buffalo's Arts Match event!
Date: Thursday, June 16 2022 from 7:00 - 9:00 PM
Venue: Keyano Recital Theatre Lobby outside the Arts Council Office
Join us for an evening making arts connections! ACWB needs volunteers to assist with event set-up, registration, a runner for event support and take-down.
Event set-up 3:30 - 5:30 PM (4 volunteers needed)
Arts Council is looking for four (4) volunteers to help set-up registration and vendor swag/information tables, assist with decoration of event space, test lighting, microphones and set up signage/banners.
Welcome desk 7:00 - 9:00 PM (2 volunteers needed)
Arts Council is looking for two (2) volunteers to monitor the welcome desk by greeting and registering attendees in addition to encouraging them to enter the door raffle. Volunteers will also facilitate any voluntary donations from attendees.
Runner: Event Support 7:00 - 9:30 PM (1 volunteer needed)
Arts Council is looking for one (1) volunteer to monitor the gallery floor throughout the event by checking for hazards, assisting with cleanliness, and contributing to a positive visitor experience.
Event take-down (4 volunteers) 9:00 - 10:30 PM (4 volunteers needed)
Arts Council is looking for four (4) volunteers to assist with the takedown of chairs, tables, tablecloths, decor and signage. Volunteers will also assist with restoring cleanliness of event space (throwing away garbage, wiping down tables).
