Spring Fling is a high-energy fundraising event celebrating 39 years in our community. This year’s theme brings a bold, show-stopping atmosphere, with a chef-inspired dinner, live entertainment, and an exciting auction.
Set-Up Team Role
As part of the Set-Up Team, you’ll help transform the venue into a vibrant,
welcoming space for guests. Responsibilities include:
- Assisting with the arrangement of tables, chairs, decorations, and signage
- Setting up game stations, raffle areas, and other event equipment
- Ensuring all items are in place and organized before guest arrival
- Helping transport and unpack supplies as needed
- Following instructions from NLHF staff or the Volunteer Coordinator
Orientation and guidance will be provided at the start of the shift.
Skills & Qualifications
- Physically able to lift, carry, and arrange equipment
- Comfortable standing, bending, and moving for extended periods
- Team-oriented and willing to follow instructions
- Detail-oriented and proactive
