Spring Fling is a high-energy fundraising event celebrating 39 years in our community. This year’s theme brings a bold, show-stopping atmosphere, with a chef-inspired dinner, live entertainment, and an exciting auction.
Welcome Table Role
As part of the Welcome Table team, you’ll be the first point of contact for
guests, setting the tone for an exceptional evening. Responsibilities include:
- Greeting guests and providing a warm, welcoming experience upon arrival
- Scanning Eventbrite tickets using provided iPads
- Assisting with guest check-in and directing attendees as needed
- Answering basic questions and guiding guests to key areas
- Troubleshooting ticketing issues and escalating when necessary
- Working under the direction of an NLHF staff member or Volunteer Coordinator
Orientation and iPad training will be provided prior to the event.
This role will also assist others once check-in is complete.

- Friendly, professional, and approachable
- Comfortable using technology (iPads/Eventbrite)
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to remain organized in a fast-paced environment
