Decorating Volunteers Needed!
Event Date: April 18th, 2026
Location: Sparksman Transportation Ltd. (120 MacLennan Crescent, Fort McMurray, Alberta, T9H 48E)
Time Commitment: 1:15 p.m. - 4:00 p.m. (end time may be shorter depending on the amount of volunteers).
Description:
The Fort McMurray Food Festival is seeking decorating volunteers to assist with setting up and decorating themed buses for our upcoming RE/MAX Connect YMM Food Festival Spring Pub Crawl on April 18th, 2026. Volunteers will work in teams to arrange decorations on the buses to create a festive atmosphere for participants.
Volunteer Duties:
- Help set up and decorate the themed buses
- Work in teams to ensure all buses are properly decorated
- Ensure a fun and creative environment for the event
Volunteer Requirements:
- No prior experience needed, just enthusiasm and a positive attitude
- Volunteers are needed from 1:15 p.m. to 4:00 p.m. (but the event may end earlier depending on help)
