Volunteers will check in and out attendees coats at the beginning and the end of the night. Volunteers will provide secure and organized coat/luggage storage for event attendees, ensuring a welcoming and professional experience. The later shift from 8pm-11:00pm will also be tasked with the responsibility of helping the Arts Council Staff with switching the Keyano theatre lobby to there after party.
Key responsibilities for the role is as followed
- Greet guess's at Coat Check Table
- Tag and Store personal items of attendees
- Return items to attendees accurately

- Moving heavy objects of 40lbs or more
