Festival of Trees will be back at MacDonald Island from November 15th – 17th, 2025, and includes; Ugly Christmas Sweater Party Presented by CEDA, Santa's Workshop, Festival of Trees Gala Presented by Suncor, Christmas Family Fun with Santa Presented by Pembina, Daddy Daughter Sugar Plum Fairy Ball Presented by A.P.E. Maintenance, Super Mom Hero Son Ball presented by United Rentals, along with local entertainment and a weekend-long raffles and silent auction!
As an Ugly Christmas Sweater Party floater you will provide a welcoming atmosphere to all guests who are attending the event. Some of your duties include, but are not limited to:
- Greeting guests, providing a positive experience
- Use handheld interact machine to collect debit and credit payments (orientation will be provided beforehand)
- Collect cash payments and return change (if needed)
- Work under the direction of a NLHF Staff member/Volunteer Coordinator
- Be willing to sub in for any position
Skills and Qualifications:
- Approachable and friendly personality
- Ability to sit or stand for an extended period of time
Attributes:
- Dress code is black pants, white/black shirt and close toed shoes
- Light snacks and refreshments will be provided
*Ugly Christmas Sweater Party volunteers must be over the age of 18.
