Festival of Trees will be back at MacDonald Island from November 15th – 17th, 2025, and includes; Ugly Christmas Sweater Party Presented by CEDA, Santa's Workshop, Festival of Trees Gala Presented by Suncor, Christmas Family Fun with Santa Presented by Pembina, Daddy Daughter Sugar Plum Fairy Ball Presented by A.P.E. Maintenance, Super Mom Hero Son Ball presented by United Rentals, along with local entertainment and a weekend-long raffles and silent auction!
As part of the Winter Wonderland raffle crew, your role will be to provide a welcoming atmosphere to all guests who are attending. Some of your duties include, but are not limited to:
- Greet and welcome guests, providing a positive experience.
- Work under the direction of a NLHF Staff member/Volunteer Coordinator
- Explaining raffle options
- Taking payments (interact, cash - orientation to be provided beforehand)
- Providing receipts/tickets
- Mobile (wandering event area)
Skills and Qualifications:
- Approachable and friendly personality
- Ability to sit or stand for an extended period of time
Attributes:
- Dress code is black pants, white/black shirt and close toed shoes
- Light snacks and refreshments will be provided
**Volunteers must be over the age of 18 for this role.
