Who We Are Looking For
We are seeking individuals who share our commitment to children, families, and community and who bring expertise in one or more of the following areas:
- Non-profit governance and board leadership
- Government relations and public policy
- Financial management, accounting, or auditing
- Early Learning and Care leadership and operations
- Legal expertise (governance, employment, contracts, or regulatory compliance)
- Fund development, philanthropy, and sponsorship
- Strategic planning and organizational leadership
- Community engagement and advocacy
Candidates do not need experience in every area. We value diverse perspectives, lived experiences, and a commitment to collaborative leadership.
