Children First believes that children come first and are entitled to opportunities that support their emotional, social, creative, cognitive and physical growth and development in an environment that fosters active learning, autonomy, democratic freedom, multiculturalism and a sense of responsibility and order.

The goal of Children First Community Child Care Network Society (“Children First”) is to provide a secure, home-like and stimulating environment for children by supporting our staff and working in partnership with families to provide professional and high quality care for the children entrusted to us. We will strive to make every child feel respected, valued, and capable. Based on a problem-solving, anti-bias approach, staff will provide experiences that evoke wonder, elicit curiosity and engage children’s senses, recognizing that children seek to make sense of their world.
