Centre of Hope

Centre of Hope has been supporting the needs of individuals living in homelessness through collaboration with the community and its support systems, since 2005.

The goal at the Centre of Hope is to support those who are experiencing homelessness and those who are at risk of homelessness, toward self-sufficiency.  We support and stand behind our municipality by actively working towards ending homelessness in our community.

The Centre offers navigational centre and outreach services and provides Housing First, Permanent Supportive Housing, and Eviction Prevention Program.
