The Welcome Centre is a one-stop-shop for newcomers in Wood Buffalo to be connected with organizations that cater to their needs.

At the Welcome Centre we: - Listen to clients' needs, and match them with appropriate services in the community - Set up appointments with support services on behalf of clients - Eliminate frustrations experienced by newcomers, when they find that they are being moved from one organization to another in order to find which service is best catered to their given circumstances
