Spring Fling is a high-energy fundraising event celebrating 39 years in our community. This year’s theme brings a bold, show-stopping atmosphere, with a chef-inspired dinner, live entertainment, and an exciting auction.

Set-Up Team Role
As part of the Set-Up Team, you’ll help transform the venue into a vibrant, welcoming space for guests. Responsibilities include:

Assisting with the arrangement of tables, chairs, decorations, and signage Setting up game stations, raffle areas, and other event equipment Ensuring all items are in place and organized before guest arrival Helping transport and unpack supplies as needed Following instructions from NLHF staff or the Volunteer Coordinator

Orientation and guidance will be provided at the start of the shift.


Skills & Qualifications

Physically able to lift, carry, and arrange equipment Comfortable standing, bending, and moving for extended periods Team-oriented and willing to follow instructions Detail-oriented and proactive
