Spring Fling is a high-energy fundraising event celebrating 39 years in our community. This year’s theme brings a bold, show-stopping atmosphere, with a chef-inspired dinner, live entertainment, and an exciting auction.
Floater Crew Role
As part of the Floater Crew, you’ll rotate between stations to provide
volunteer relief and keep the event running seamlessly. Responsibilities
include:
- Welcoming guests and encouraging participation in raffles, games, and photos
- Explaining game rules and prizes
- Assisting with guest check-in via Eventbrite (iPad)
- Supporting photo station flow, payments, and distribution
- Handling cash and debit/credit transactions (including making change and issuing receipts)
- Distributing tickets and managing raffle entries
- Working under the direction of an NLHF staff member or Volunteer Coordinator
Orientation will be provided at each station.
Skills & Qualifications
- Friendly, approachable, and guest-focused
- Comfortable standing or sitting for extended periods
- Confident handling cash and electronic transactions
