Festival of Trees will be back at MacDonald Island from November 15th – 17th, 2025, and includes; Ugly Christmas Sweater Party Presented by CEDA, Santa's Workshop, Festival of Trees Gala Presented by Suncor, Christmas Family Fun with Santa Presented by Pembina, Daddy Daughter Sugar Plum Fairy Ball Presented by A.P.E. Maintenance, Super Mom Hero Son Ball presented by United Rentals, along with local entertainment and a weekend-long raffles and silent auction!
As a Volunteer Team Lead, you will provide a welcoming atmosphere to all guests who are attending the event as well as support the other volunteers. Some of your duties include, but are not limited to:
- Checking with each area of the festival to see where more/less volunteers are needed.
- Checking in with staff and help with delegating volunteers accordingly.
- Ensure volunteers are getting their breaks.
- Ensure volunteers are comfortable with their tasks
Skills and Qualifications:
- Approachable and friendly personality
- Ability to sit or stand for an extended period of time
Attributes:
- Dress code is black pants, white/black shirt and close toed shoes
- Light snacks and refreshments will be provided
