Waypoints invites you to join us as a volunteer for our event tear-down at our upcoming Food Festival Patio Party! Your efforts will be essential in ensuring a smooth and efficient conclusion to this fantastic celebration.
Responsibilities:
- Assist in dismantling event decorations, signage, and seating areas.
- Help with packing up and organizing equipment and supplies.
- Support the breakdown of vendor booths and event infrastructure.
- Collaborate with the event team to restore the venue to its original condition.
Requirements:
- Physical fitness to handle tasks such as lifting, carrying, and moving equipment.
- Attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.
- Ability to work effectively in a team and follow a set timeline.
- Availability on July 21st, 2023 for the event tear-down period.
By volunteering for event tear-down, you will play a crucial role in concluding the Food Festival Patio Party on a high note. Your dedication and efforts will contribute to a seamless transition and help us wrap up this event successfully!
