Decorating Volunteers Needed!
Event Date: October 25th, 2025
Location: Sparksman Transporation Ltd. (8030 Golosky Avenue)
Time Commitment: 1:15 p.m. - 4:00 p.m. (end time may be shorter depending on the number of volunteers).
Description:
The RE/MAX Connect Fort McMurray Food Festival is seeking decorating volunteers to assist with setting up and decorating themed buses for our upcoming RE/MAX Connect Fort McMurray Food Festival's YMM Pub Crawlloween sponsored by KM Interiors, on October 25th, 2025. Volunteers will work in teams to arrange decorations on the buses to create a festive atmosphere for participants.
Volunteer Duties:
- Help set up and decorate the themed buses
- Work in teams to ensure all buses are properly decorated
- Ensure a fun and creative environment for the event
Volunteer Requirements:
- No prior experience needed, just enthusiasm and a positive attitude
- Volunteers are needed from 1:15 p.m. to 4:00 p.m. (but the event may end earlier depending on help)
