Who We Are

We are a non-profit charitable organization dedicated to providing dynamic, educational, and enjoyable programs and services to families in Wood Buffalo and their children, from newborns to eighteen years old – all at no cost. Our Fort McMurray location serves as a hub of activity, while our Hub on Wheels Program (HOW) brings the joy of our offerings to rural communities, including Conklin, Janvier, Fort McMurray First Nation 468, Anzac, Fort McKay, and Fort Chipewyan.

What We Do

In 2022, we had the privilege of serving over 3200 unique individuals with a diverse range of programs. From Bitty Babies, Infant Massage, Music Play, and Art Programs to Triple P Positive Parenting, Safe Visitation, and Exchange, The Hub is your go-to resource for valuable support and engaging experiences for families.

Proudly affiliated with the Wood Buffalo Family Resource Network, we collaborate with the YMCA of Northern Alberta and WJS Canada as part of a province-wide initiative by the Government of Alberta. Together, we offer inclusive and accessible family-focused, child and youth-centered, community-based programs and services tailored to the needs of families and children and youth ages 0-18.
